The Mountainside Restoration Committee, Inc. relies upon the generous donations of both time and resources from the many members of the community. The Mountainside Restoration Committee, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charity and all donations are tax deductible. Since the MRC is an all volunteer committee, 100% of donated funds go directly towards the maintenance and preservation of these historic homes. Donate to The Mountainside Restoration Committee, Inc.

The Mountainside Restoration Committee, Inc. relies on fund raising to support the on-going maintenance and preservation efforts associated with the Deacon Andrew Hetfield and Levi Cory houses, and to fund a variety of community programs. The Mountainside Restoration Committee, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) charity and all donations are tax-deductible. Since the MRC is an all-volunteer committee, 100% of donated funds go directly towards the maintenance and preservation of these historic homes and programs. Donors will receive an email from PayPal acknowledging their contribution which can be used for tax purposes.

If you are making a memorial donation, please include (in comments) the name of the individual you are memorializing and the name/address of the person/family to which we should send the acknowledgement.

Personalized Brick Fundraiser Program

One of The Mountainside Restoration Committee’s on-going fund raising campaigns is the Personalized Brick fundraiser program. This program provides individuals with a way of showing their support for their community in a unique way. Each brick purchased can be personalized with names, dates or event(s) of your choice, and will remain a part of Mountainside’s history, as all personalized bricks will be set into the commemorative walkway leading to the front doors of The Deacon Andrew Hetfield or Levi Cory house.

Put a Plaque in The Levi Cory House

Individuals, groups and businesses can show their support for the Levi Cory House restoration efforts by “putting a plaque” in the Levi Cory House. Permanent brass plaques will be placed inside the house for each sponsorship. Donors choose to sponsor architectural features contained within the house such as doors, windows, fireplaces, stairways; even entire rooms! Plaques will be engraved to serve as a sponsorship, a dedication, an honor, or a memorial based upon the donors wishes. Donate your Vehicle

The Mountainside Restoration Committee, Inc. has partnered with CARS to allow individuals to donate their unwanted car, truck, boat, trailer, RV, motorcycle, off-road vehicle, heavy equipment or other motorized vehicle to the Mountainside Restoration Committee. Free pick-up, and vehicle does not have to be in working condition. Donate items to The Village Shop

The Village Shop is always in need of clean, sellable items to be donated for resale. All proceeds will be used by the Mountainside Restoration Committee, Inc. to fund the on-going restoration and preservation of both the Levi Cory and Deacon Andrew Hetfield houses in Mountainside, and to fund a variety of community programs. Donate your Time

The Mountainside Restoration Committee, Inc. is always seeking new members to help organize and support the various social and educational events run throughout the year. No experience is necessary, and you can donate as little or as much time as you want. Individuals, groups and Scouts are always needed and appreciated. Interested parties are encouraged to print out the VOLUNTEER form found HERE.
