The Mountainside Restoration Committee’s MRC Estate Sales division will be conducting an outstanding Estate Sale to raise funds for the maintenance and restoration of the historic Deacon Andrew Hetfield House and Levi Cory House.

The sale will be held on Friday and Saturday, November 15-16 from 10:00am–3:00pm. Numbers will be given out at 9:00am. No early birds. This sale will take place in Mountainside and the address will be announced on Thursday, November 14 here. Purchases are limited to cash only.

Estate of 93 year old long time Mountainside Resident! Extensive collection of vintage Southwest Indian Jewelry, including silver squash blossom necklace, silver concho belt, tons of necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc., most contain turquoise; 14 kt Cross, 14 K medal, pin, etc; signed lithographs, highly desirable collection of 1950’s Lionel Trains; American Girl Dolls, clothing, etc.; Specialty Barbies, all in mint condition with boxes. Tons of glassware, china, and Lenox. New Maytag washer and dryer, furniture, garden tools, lots of miscellaneous items.

MRC Estate Sales are conducted by trusted volunteer Antiques Experts and Estate Sale Professionals with 30+ years of estate sale experience. Most important, a percentage of this sale’s proceeds will benefit the Mountainside Restoration Committee.

MRC Estate Sales was created to give back to the community and raise additional funds to help preserve and restore local history. The reasonable commission percentage of sales goes directly to the Mountainside Restoration Committee, Inc. which is a 501(c)3 charity.

The Mountainside Restoration Committee is a committee of volunteers whose purpose is to restore and maintain the Deacon Andrew Hetfield and Levi Cory Houses and collect and save historic information and items from destruction.

In 2017 the Mountainside Restoration Committee introduced their estate sales division, MRC Estate Sales. MRC Estate Sales are conducted by trusted volunteer Antiques Experts and Estate Sale Professionals with over 30 years of estate sale experience. What’s more, all commissions benefit the Mountainside Restoration Committee. MRC Estate Sales charges a very reasonable commission percentage of net sales, with remaining sales proceeds going directly to the homeowner. In addition, MRC Estate Sales will sell the items in your home and offers the option of total removal of the remainder. Advertising and promotion of your sale for optimum results, along with fair pricing and sale staffing with trusted volunteers included. MRC Estate Sales provides customers with peace of mind that their sale will be conducted efficiently and with integrity.
